Brett Feldman is an Energy Efficiency Manager for Rhode Island Energy, a PPL company. He oversees policy, planning, and evaluation for all of the company’s electric and gas efficiency programs and represents the company on Rhode Island’s Energy Efficiency Resource Management Council. Prior to that, he was a Research Director for Guidehouse, Director of Demand Response for Constellation, Energy Efficiency Program Manager for Eversource, and Consultant for Nexant and ICF. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Energy Service Professionals, and Project Green Schools. He previously served as the Co-Chair of NECA’s Energy Efficiency and Demand Response Committee, a member of the US Department of Commerce’s Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Advisory Committee, Chair of the NYISO Price Responsive Load Working Group, and Vice-Chair of the ISO-NE Demand Resources Working Group. He has an MBA from Boston University and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
