LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE

The Legislative Committee focuses on developments in each of the six New England state legislatures that impact the region’s energy industry. It identifies and compiles publicly available information about proposed and pending legislation, state policies and programs, and significant regulatory proceedings that have relevance for the broader membership. The Legislative Committee organizes an annual event to review notable legislative activity during the year and previews the issues that could influence energy policymaking in the future.
