Current Trends in Retail Marketing to C&I Customers: Opportunities & Challenges

Retail marketing to the C&I segment has a compelling business case for providing cost-effective electric supply and for having substantially fewer regulatory requirements compared to the mass market residential segment.  Nevertheless, the C&I segment faces exciting opportunities and challenges to develop innovative and cost-effective supply products while, at the same time, with helping customers respond to regionwide high prices and quickly evolving climate change goals that lead to aggressive renewables requirements, fuels transitions caused by New England region-wide electrification initiatives, and societal efforts to move towards carbon neutrality. Join us to hear from this diverse panel of stakeholders on the topic.
