Marissa is a State Policy Advisor at ISO New England, the operator of the region’s electric grid. As a member of the External Affairs team, she tracks energy legislation and policy activity in Massachusetts and supports communications with state officials and stakeholders. Prior to joining ISO New England, Marissa worked in Massachusetts state government, most recently as an Assistant Chief of Staff to then-Governor Charlie Baker and Deputy Chief of Staff at the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs. Marissa holds a B.A and M.A in political science from the University of Massachusetts.
