KERRY SCHLICHTING

SENIOR EXTERNAL AFFAIRS RESPRESENTATIVE, ISO NEW ENGLAND

Kerry is a Senior Representative, External Affairs at ISO New England, the independent, not-for-profit corporation responsible the reliable operation of the regional electric grid. Experienced in energy policy at the federal, regional and state level, she covers Rhode Island and Connecticut for ISO New England and previously covering Maine. Kerry works with policymakers and administrators on renewable energy deployment, distributed energy integration, electrification of transportation and home heating, and transmission issues. Prior to joining the ISO, Kerry worked on federal energy policy at the Pew Charitable Trusts in Washington, D.C. and supported environmental and energy rulemakings at ICF.

She holds a graduate degree in energy and environmental policy at Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University.
