Gretchen is the Director of Government Affairs and Market Policy for Constellation in New England where she represents Constellation’s interests before all state regulatory and legislative bodies. Gretchen has nearly a decade of experience in the energy industry. Since joining Constellation, she has testified before legislative committees and served as an industry representative, advocating for positive market reforms, in various regulatory workshops across the northeast. In addition, she is the President of the Retail Energy Supply Association (RESA) and serves as the Chair of RESA’s New England lobbying and regulatory caucuses. Prior to joining Constellation, Gretchen was the Director of Regulatory Affairs at Just Energy, where she oversaw the regulatory activities across the United States. Outside of Constellation, Gretchen has served as an Associate Board Member for Boston Cares. Gretchen is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Western New England University School of Law.
